At MAXPEDITION, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. We strive to ensure your satisfaction by providing a streamlined process for all authorized returns and size exchanges.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Package
Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
